hello you ok ?iam going to help you right now because your in quite a big dfciifult situation.1 when you put the new hard drive in the sony laptop did you fasten it to the caddie that it sits before going back inside it ?2 you have to go into your bios settings after installing the hard drive so that the laptop knows what device to boot from.3 i suggest you go to the sony website and findout how to access the bios settings for that laptop.[ write them down ! ]4 if your not that sure dont try and do all this yourself talk to your local computer shop, because you could easily make quite a lot of mess.5 installing windows can be quite a dfciifult task if you have never actually done this before !6 on some hard drives you dont have to move the jumper settings on the back because most are allready setup for you !if you did not live too far from me i would happily help you out this dfciifult situation your in right now !.i have a technical help phone number that i will give you if you ever need help or advice just message me please.happy computing everyonebluetooth wizard1[christopher.]
